Is it true that the Local Health Authority (ASL) provides incontinence products for free?

Yes, in compliance with the Ministry of Health Decree no 321 dated 31 May 2001, which specifies that persons "affected by stabilised incontinence" are entitled to receive the supply of "urine incontinence aids ISO 09.03" for free.
